About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on, independent, and versatile Digital Marketer with 2+ years of experience to drive our B2C digital growth. You will step into a fully established marketing tech stack and take ownership of daily operations across social media, paid ads, email marketing, and reporting.
You will work closely with a dedicated Video Producer, taking the lead on campaign ideation, content planning, and creative briefing to ensure all assets align with our brand, offers, and business goals. Your role is to take those assets, combine them with your own content creations, and distribute them strategically across channels to drive engagement, client acquisition, and retention. You will report directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Creative Direction: Lead campaign ideation across launches, offers, and community activations. Build content plans, brief the Video Producer, and ensure all creative assets are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
Social Media Content & Community: Plan, schedule, and manage organic content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Handle community management to keep our audience engaged.
Asset Creation & Curation: While our Video Producer creates the main video content, you will handle basic image and asset production using tools like Canva, CapCut, and AI generation tools to support daily posting and ad variations.
Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads to drive class bookings, package sales, and cost-effective client acquisition.
Newsletter & CRM: Broadcast weekly/monthly newsletters, maintain automated email flows, support client retention campaigns, and manage CRM segmentation.
Tech Stack Operations & Reporting: Confidently navigate and utilize our established marketing tools and automations to track, analyze, and report on weekly/monthly performance.
Community &Events: Support the promotion of workshops, community events, launches, and brand collaborations.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 2+ years of professional digital marketing experience in a B2C environment.
Mindset: A true hands-on, get-things-done mindset with a strong sense of ownership. You are proactive, take initiative, and are comfortable driving things forward independently.
Tool Agility: You are comfortable using AI and software tools. Even if a tool is new to you, you have a natural ability to quickly figure out and handle various AI marketing tools and CRMs.
Creative Execution: Proficient in Canva, basic CapCut editing, and utilizing AI tools to speed up asset creation.
Bonus Points: Experience or a deep personal passion for boutique gym & wellness marketing or hospitality marketing is a plus.
