About Bodytree
Bodytree is a fast-growing premium wellness and lifestyle brand based in Abu Dhabi. We have built a strong local reputation and a loyal community through brand work, word of mouth, referrals, and partnerships. We are now hiring a Marketing Manager to take that foundation and build on it.
The role in short
This is a role for someone who wants to own a brand, not maintain one. You will set the marketing direction, design the work, and have real influence on how Bodytree grows over the next two to three years.
You will work alongside our in-house content creator and report directly to the Managing Director.

The scope is wide. Brand positioning, lifecycle and retention, referral, partnerships, creative direction, and AI tooling. You will operate across the full marketing surface rather than run one channel.
We treat marketing as a strategic function. Real ownership, real budget for the work that moves this category, and a seat at the table when commercial decisions get made.
What you would actually do
Own the marketing strategy and turn it into quarterly priorities tied to capacity utilisation, retention, lifetime value, and qualified new-customer flow
Protect and sharpen the brand across every customer touchpoint, from the website to a member email to a partnership campaign
Design and run lifecycle programmes that matter for a recurring-revenue business: onboarding, retention, win-back, and a referral programme that contributes measurably to new-customer flow
Build partnerships with hotels, complementary lifestyle brands, events, PR, and influencer relationships. This is one of the strongest growth levers in this category
Brief and direct our in-house content creator and external partners. You will not produce content yourself, but you will be the strategic and aesthetic mind behind it
Embed AI into day-to-day marketing operations to make a small team operate at larger scale
What success looks like in your first 12 months
A documented marketing strategy linked to retention and capacity targets, with monthly visibility into how the work is performing
A live referral programme contributing measurably to new-customer flow
A lifecycle and reactivation engine that reduces churn in a way leadership can see in the numbers
At least one significant partnership activation
A visibly sharper brand presence
AI workflows embedded in daily operations
The person we're looking for
Experience
Three to five years of marketing experience, with time spent in a small in-house team where you owned outcomes rather than supported them
Background in brand-led environments such as premium hospitality, lifestyle DTC, boutique fitness or wellness, or growth-stage consumer brands
Real lifecycle, retention, or referral programmes you designed and ran, not just contributed to
Mindset
Brand first, funnel second
Instinctively connect marketing activity to revenue, retention, and capacity
Write briefs that produce strong work without micromanaging the people doing it
Strong aesthetic judgement that can tell premium from polished
Patient with brand-building, impatient with sloppy execution
Prefer hands-on operating environments to corporate ones
Skills
AI fluency with concrete examples of practical use: Midjourney or Runway for ideation, ChatGPT for copy at scale, Make or Zapier for automation, AI-driven CRM and lifecycle tooling
Comfortable in Canva, Figma, or Adobe far enough to adapt templates and review work intelligently
Working knowledge of email and CRM tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar)
Logistics
Based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
Comfortable working on-site at our studio
