Established in Abu Dhabi in 2007, Bodytree is one of the city's longest-running premium wellness studios, with Reformer Pilates at its core alongside yoga, strength training, and holistic wellness. Known for precision-based teaching, refined aesthetics, and a strong community, Bodytree delivers a high-quality client experience across every touchpoint.

We are now opening our second Abu Dhabi location at Galleria Mall — a dedicated Reformer studio and the blueprint for our regional expansion — and we are building the founding instructor team that will define how it teaches.

About The Role

We are looking for exceptional Reformer Pilates instructors who take the method seriously.

This is not a role where instructors simply follow choreography. We are looking for teachers who understand movement, can coach the body in front of them and deliver the BODYTREE Method with intelligence, precision and individuality. You will teach precise, progressive, athletic Reformer classes to clients who know the difference — and you will do it inside a studio built specifically so that good teaching is possible: sane class sizes, a protected weekly class load, professional equipment, and a leadership team that treats teaching quality as the product rather than a cost line.

As a founding instructor, you will help establish, uphold and bring the BODYTREE teaching standards to life from day one. You will mentor future instructors and grow with a group that intends to expand across the UAE and GCC.

We welcome applications from instructors already in the UAE and from instructors relocating internationally. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach with Precision: Lead group Reformer classes across all levels with clear, anatomically intelligent cueing, purposeful sequencing and genuine challenge. Every class begins on time, flows with intention and finishes on time.

• Observe and Adapt: Read the room and the individual body in front of you. Modify in real time for injury, pregnancy, mobility limitation, and experience level, without breaking the flow of the class for everyone else.

• Deliver the Method Consistently: Teach to the Bodytree Method so that a client's experience is recognizably Bodytree in any class, with any instructor, in any studio — while keeping your own voice and personality intact.

• Build Client Relationships: Learn names, track progress, remember injuries, and follow up. Client retention is driven more by instructor connection than by anything else we do, and this is the part of the role that matters most commercially.

• Uphold Studio Standards: Equipment reset and clean, springs checked, studio presented to a premium standard. Report equipment issues immediately — a faulty reformer is a safety issue, not a maintenance ticket.

• Keep Developing: Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and peer observation through Bodytree Academy. Give and receive feedback on teaching. Our instructors are supported and expected to continue developing through ongoing education, feedback and mentorship as part of BODYTREE Academy.

• Contribute to the Standard: Contribute ideas and feedback to the continued development of BODYTREE programming, class formats and instructor education. All contributions work within the established BODYTREE Method and programming framework to ensure consistency as we grow.

What We Are Looking For

• Certification: Comprehensive Reformer certification from a recognized school — Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, Polestar, Romana's, or equivalent. Comprehensive training is strongly preferred over reformer-only.

• Real teaching volume: You have taught consistently in a boutique or premium studio — ideally 500+ hours of group Reformer instruction. We care more about hours on the floor and depth of practice than years on a CV.

• Anatomical depth: You understand why a cue works, not only that it does. You can explain a movement pattern to a physiotherapist and to a first-time client in the same day.

• Presence: Calm, confident, warm. You hold a room of twelve people without raising your voice, and clients leave feeling capable rather than corrected.

• Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and refined in presentation. You treat teaching as a career, not a side income.

• Current CPR and First Aid certification — or willingness to certify before your start date.

• Availability for early morning, evening, and weekend shifts on a rotating schedule. Studio life starts at 6:00am.

• Language: Fluent English. Arabic is a strong advantage.

A significant advantage: pre- and postnatal certification, a background in dance, gymnastics, or competitive athletics, clinical or rehabilitation experience, teacher-training experience, or a track record of creating movement content.
