As we continue to grow with new studios and concepts in development, we are looking for a Studio Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership naturally and understands how to turn great operations into exceptional client experiences.

This is a hands-on role for someone who notices the details, builds strong relationships, creates structure and keeps the studio running at a consistently high standard.

The Role

The Studio Manager owns the daily operating standard of the studio.

The focus of the role is ensuring the studio feels premium, runs smoothly and delivers a consistent experience across every touchpoint - from front desk and instructor coordination to retention, service quality and community engagement.

You will work closely with leadership and HQ teams while managing the daily operations of the studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

Studio Operations

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio

• Ensure smooth front desk, class and instructor coordination

• Maintain a premium and welcoming studio environment

• Ensure operational readiness across all studio areas

• Execute opening and closing procedures in line with company standards

Client Experience & Hospitality

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints

• Build strong relationships with members and clients

• Handle feedback and service recovery proactively and professionally

• Support retention and reactivation initiatives

Team Coordination

• Coordinate instructors and front desk staff on-site

• Support onboarding and training of front-of-house team members

• Maintain accountability and operational discipline within the studio team

Community, Events & Local Partnerships

• Support and execute local activations, partnerships and community initiatives for the studio

• Build relationships with surrounding businesses, brands and local communities relevant to the studio location

• Identify opportunities for collaborations, member events and local engagement initiatives

• Execute HQ-led campaigns and events while ensuring alignment with Bodytree brand standards and guidelines

• Take ownership of local studio initiatives within the strategic framework and approval structure defined by HQ

Commercial Awareness

The Studio Manager should have a strong understanding of:

• Studio occupancy and schedule performance

• Customer conversion and retention

• Operational efficiency

• Client behaviour and usage patterns
