The Role

You are the heartbeat of the studio. As Studio Manager, you own daily operations, lead the Front-of-House team, support instructors, and hold the standard for client experience - while driving sales, retention, and calm, efficient floor flow. You think clearly, act quickly, and keep everything on brand.

What You’ll Do

• Run end-to-end operations: opening/closing, floor standards, class readiness, retail, cash handling.

• Keep schedules tight (classes, instructors, FOH, events) and ensure smooth handovers.

• Maintain stock, equipment, cleanliness, and ambience; resolve facilities issues with vendors/landlords.

• Lead, coach, and schedule FOH; support onboarding/training and service language.

• Work the floor: greet by name, handle issues with empathy, coordinate VIPs and private sessions.

• Own in-studio sales for packs, memberships, and retail; manage promos and sell-through.

• Build community partnerships and small, on-brand events; coordinate influencer/VIP drop-ins.

• Maintain accurate data across booking/CRM/POS; support attendance/revenue/retail reporting.

• Support P&L management, cash-up and reconciliation, inventory counts, and cost control.

• Uphold safety, certifications, and client-data protection.
  
  

Who You Are

• 4+ years in studio operations, premium retail, or hospitality leadership.

• Service mindset with crisp communication - calm, concise, composed.

• Proven sales acumen and comfort working toward targets.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and team leadership.

• Tech confident (Google Workspace; CRM/POS/booking systems).

• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to Have: Boutique fitness experience (Pilates preferred); basic content skills (phone photo/video); events or corporate partnerships exposure.
